We accept the following file formats for printing: Illustrator(ai), CorelDraw(cdr), Photoshop(psd), FreeHand, InDesign(indd), PageMaker, Adobe PDF, JPG, TIFF.

File Preparation
|
|
|
|
|
Color mode: CMYK color mode is required for printing, instead of RGB mode which is for monitor display.
Resolution: The resolution of 300dpi is recommended for images in offset printing, while the resolution for inkjet printing can be lower.
Fonts: All fonts in your artwork files need to be converted to curve so that we will have correct output in printing.
Bleeds: You need to extend the background of your artwork by 3mm(1/8 in) outside the die-cut lines as bleeds for offset printing. Your valid contents of the artwork, such as text, should be 3mm away from the die-cut lines.
No bleed is needed for inkjet printing.
Line Thickness: The thickness of the lines in your artwork should be larger than 0.1mm or 0.3pt.
Proofread: Please review all the contents in your artwork and spell-check the text carefully before submitting the files to us.

File Transfer
|
|
|
|
|
Small files can be transferred by email, MSN or Skype. Large files can be transferred by FTP or sending us the CD. You may also transfer the files by the websites that provide file transfer service.
|
|
|
Payment
|
|
|
|
|
We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal. As printing products are specially customized items, please make full payment in advance. You may pay in USD or other currency by the current exchange rate of RMB to the currency.
|
|
|
Shipment
|
|
|
|
|
Your printing products can be shipped by air or sea. You may also have the goods sent to the specific address to consolidate a shipment. Air shipment includes door-to-door air express and door-to-airport air freight. For air express shipment, we will estimate the lowest cost among DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS and give you our recommendation. For air freight, you need to clear the customs and collect the goods at the airport. For large volume of goods, you may consider LCL or full container sea shipment. Sometimes, a combination of air and sea shipment can meet your urgent needs and save the total shipping cost. For example, if you need the printing products urgently and the total volume is too large for air shipment, you may ship part of the products by air and the rest by sea.

Limited Warranty & Limits of Liability
|

We warrant that the products manufactured by us meet industry standard for such products and are free of defects in both material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, maintenance or storage. This warranty is limited to the original client and is not transferable.
We reserve the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything we deem improper or known to be illegal. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to us for printing and/or publication.
Our liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the client of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits.
